The Enemy of America is Diane Rehm?

My Republican brother, (rather than deal with any real issues), once again launch an attack against the only decent news source in our Country NPR. Never listen to it, then with all due respect, you are not well informed and probably an idiot, oh sorry intellectually or informational challenged. Why, not because they are liberal socialist but because they don't let their advertisers have any input or impact on their reporting and they are only news agency that is actually growing.

BOB GARFIELD: James, for example - for example, there were no fewer than six times in the raw NPR footage where Ron Schiller or his colleague took pains to tell you that, no, you cannot for five million dollars or any other sum buy coverage on NPR, you cannot influence the news organization. And yet, that is conspicuously absent. Where you edited in his amused reaction to Sharia law, he had evinced no such amused reaction to Sharia law. In fact, it had been cut from one place and dropped in another. What is that, if not obfuscation?
JAMES O'KEEFE: You’re making mountains out of a molehill here. That was an introductory sequence change that broadcast journalists use all the time. If you’re gonna try to mitigate all the dozen things he said by the supposed scene change of, of him sitting down at the table, it’s, it’s a losing argument. People will see right through it.

Think anyone else can say that, name them. For five million in this Economy you can probably have your won show. 60 minutes, you say, you better check that tobacco story again. Fox, give me a break, CNBC, yeah right. Hell I think Disney or GE owns everyone else.

What you don't hear on the infamous O'Keefe tapes in the comments the NPR people make to the alleged front group that they will have say on any news story and that fact has coast them a lot of sponsorships over the years but the way it is. Can you imagine Murdock or GE saying that to Kraft foods? Not ever going to happen. Ever. And it shouldn't they owe a legal obligation to the shareholders to  make a profit. NPR does not make a profit or try too. Hence it is free to report the actual news and with no commercials they go into stories much deeper that network news. And report on stories you never hear about on network news.  I listen to Diane Rehm daily and her show is by far best thing on radio period. You learn something from listening to it everyday.

So lets get to real business and cut a few trillion here and few trillion there and leave Diane Rehm, the story, Science Friday, Click and Clack, and the folks at Lake Wobbegone alone.
